Hi! Welcome to our website. Meet Alison Woods or Medium Claire to some. Alison started Flourish Health & Wellness because she believes in continuing to bloom no matter where we are in life. Our desire is to assist you in your growth, expansion and extension into the love you truly are in a manner that is in alignment with your soul. The healing energy of Reiki, Spirit communication and Soul growth artwork allows us to do this. Let's flourish together.

Through studies with the International Center of Reiki Training (ICRT) Alison received her certification in Usui/Holy Fire® II Reiki Ryoho First and Second Degree in 2017, Usui/Holy Fire® III Master in 2018, and Karuna® Reiki Master in 202o. She is also Usui Reiki Treatment Method for Improvement of Body and Mind, Jikiden Reiki (Shoden & Okuden) Certified from the Jikiden Reiki Kenkyukai(Institute) since 2021. Reiki is life force energy that is channeled by the practitioner for stress reduction, relaxation and thus healing. This treatment can be given in person or through distance. Teaching classes to others who wish to provide complimentary therapy for themselves, their families, friends, pets, or even go on to be a Reiki practitioner and teacher is an honor.

Life experiences with chronic illness and as a critical care nurse for over 30 years have empowered Alison with increased empathy, compassion and a desire to hold space for others in their healing.

Alison has been aware of spiritual presence and has always had a "knowing" since childhood. Attempting to bury this awareness in her youth and rediscovering these sensitivities have led her to wonderful experiences and deep inner learning, knowing, and healing. Spirit communicates with her through clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience and claircognizance. She is completely and honestly grateful for all of her experiences because they have led her to this moment in her life. Continuing to expand and learn everyday is her joy.

Studies with world renowned mediums and spiritual teachers for over 15 years have increased her knowledge and experience with Spirit communication and her own self awareness. Receiving messages from loved ones in spirit has guided her to pursue her love of art with spiritual portrait art.

Her focus is to bring forth awareness and healing through love and to teach others how to open up their own spiritual potential. The finest characterization of a teacher is one who continues to learn and that has been one of her greatest joys. Reiki Services
Alison has been a professional Reiki therapist since 2017 and teacher since 2018. She is a passionate healer with an alternative approach and is dedicated to helping others move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible. With over 30 years as a registered nurse in critical areas and her own personal struggles with chronic illness, she has seen firsthand how trauma and disease affect us. Reiki has transformed her life in ways she could never have imagined and she is overjoyed to offer treatments and to teach this powerful complimentary therapy to you.
Spirit Communication
From a young age, Alison has had an intense connection with the universe. After denying this connection and trying to lead a "normal" life she realized something she always knew when she was younger-there is more to life than what is seen in the physical-Quantum science shows us we are eternal beings with infinite possibility and connection. Her abilities allow her to communicate with loved ones, spirit guides, angels and higher states of consciousness. She can see, hear, feel them and have a knowing about their personality. It's been her experience that many have the knowledge they seek deep within themselves and simply need the guidance to find the answers they have inside. She is deeply grateful and honored by her psychic and mediumship abilities for it provides hope and healing for many.
Spirit Art
After investing in art supplies, mainly watercolor paints, Alison has found it to be a powerful way to express creativity and the voice of Spirit. She is primarily self taught, Spirit lead and has her own approach to-and definition of-art. She has studied Soul auragraphs and working with Spirit through art with a premiere artist in this field and has gained a tremendous knowledge of self. She continues to learn to spread her creative wings and is delighted to share this with you.
